The Seat of Victors - Preaching Christ & Caring for souls

We share ideas and encouraging messages to help us in our day-to-day responsibilities.  The most important of our messages is urging every member to present himself as a living sacrifice, holy, and acceptable to God; the scripture conceptualizes this as our reasonable service (Romans 12: 1). We encourage all our members to be fully active in all weekly and weekend services where we can sharpen one another (Proverb 27:17) and grow in the Lord.

We recognize that every person created by God has an intrinsic purpose. At the same time, we also realize that for some, finding the purpose may be challenging. Thus, finding one’s purpose is crucial to actualizing ourselves as individuals and attaining our maximum potential as families.  The truth is that a successful self-actualization will have direct or indirect impacts on the families. Therefore, we take helping each other very seriously as we struggle with questions relating to our existence, our purpose, abilities, and most importantly, the salvation of our souls. We believe these variables are critical to our psychological, spiritual, and physical well-being. We encourage each other to be a God fearing priesthood head that our individual families can follow as we follow God.  If the "head” is spiritually sound; the rest of the body will be too and most importantly, there will be an assurance of eternal life. The scripture makes it clear that the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6: 23)We thank God for our leaders that continually provide us the support that we desperately need as a ministry. Our prayer is that God, in His infinite mercy, will continue to strengthen them. Together, we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13).

Men's Ministry

Men ministry is one of the ministries in this church (RCCG Victory House) and our goals are to serve God, encourage each other, and keep our families intact. The guiding principle of our ministry is studying to show ourselves approved unto God (2 Timothy 2:15). We believe that God, who has appointed us the heads of our individual households, will continually give us the grace to function successfully in that capacity. It is not by might, nor by power, but by the spirit of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ (Zechariah 4:6).

In order to accomplish these goals, we meet quarterly to discuss issues that are important to the men, families, and the church of God.
